Una volta lasciati tuta e casco nei box sono Giuseppe, siciliano, pragmatico e appassionato. Studio, amici e tanto sport, il calcio un’altra mia grande passione e il kart che, sin da bambino, è presente nella mia vita. Tante le domeniche di gare fuori casa con mio papà Vito, sempre al mio fianco. Oggi giro tutta Italia per gare e qualifiche ma l’odore di asfalto e benzina mi fanno sentire sempre a casa ed evocano in me tanti ricordi
Non ho rituali specifici o portafortuna. Solitamente sono molto concentrato e cerco di arrivare in gara riposato e preparato. Amo studiare ogni variabile della gara, spesso lavoro in auto per ore immaginando la gara dopo aver analizzato ogni centimetro della pista. Il confronto pre e post gara più importante è con mio padre Vito, con lui condivido gioie e dolori. Spesso il recupero da infortuni o qualche piccolo incidente mi buttano giù, ma trovo sempre nuovi stimoli.
